CAJE Hosts Candidates Forum September 20

Local elections are crucial in the struggle for justice. So CAJE wants to know: Where do candidates stand on the issues that affect the well-being of people? In particular, do they see the people on the margins having difficulty making ends meet? What do candidates think should be done about the community’s needs for safe, affordable, energy-efficient housing? What do they think should be done to help families suffering with mental illness and/or substance abuse? What should be done to reverse the trend of gun violence? How best to make our community a place where families can thrive?

CAJE leaders will probe the thinking of those seeking election to the Vanderburgh County Commission or Vanderburgh County Council. The public is invited to attend:
